無鉛和絵具の改善研究

これまでに九谷焼で使用する無鉛和絵具の開発を行ってきた。現在では，無鉛和絵具を使用した製品数も増えてきている。しかし，絵具の使用者から無鉛和絵具に対して「不透明である」との指摘が多い。本研究では，無鉛和絵具の本格的な使用を前に，これら業界からの意見に対応するため無鉛和絵具の性質改善に関する検討を行った。

Research for Improvement of Lead-free Clear Overglaze Color

We have developed a lead-free clear overglaze color pigment for Kutani ceramics. The number of products that use lead-free clear overglaze color pigment has been increasing. However, many of the users pointed out that the colors are opaque. In this research, before starting full-scale use of lead-free clear overglaze color pigment, we examined possibilities for improving the quality of the color pigment to respond to comments from the relevant industries.
