釉設計技術の研究と応用

釉は素地と上絵具の中間に位置することや，用途によって材料や窯の条件が異なり製品の品質に非常に大きな影響を及ぼす。釉は長い年月の中から経験的に発展，開発されてきた。このため，釉に関する不具合の原因を調査し，その対策を講じるには多くの経験と時間が必要である。本研究は，経験によらない釉の開発手法を検討し，不具合対策の迅速化，新規釉の開発期間の短縮化を目的に実施した。

Research of the Technology and Application about a Design of Glaze

Since glaze is located in the middle of body and over glaze colors， it has very big influence on the quality of a product. Moreover， from years of experience， glaze developed and has been developed. For this reason， it is required in order that much experience and time may investigate and solve the cause of the fault of glaze. This research was started in order to enable development of glaze regardless of experience. Speeding up of solution of fault and shortening of the development period of new glaze are attained by this research.
