素地形状の多品種化に対応するプロセス開発研究

本研究では白素地の形状の多品種化を図ることを目的に，コンピュータ技術を利用した形状作成プロセスについて検討した。
コンピュータ利用時における作成形状の把握の容易さや形状展開の豊富さ等を検討し，断面と輪郭ラインの部品化を行い，豊富な形状の作成を可能とした。

Development of Computer Designing Process for Diversification of Porcelain Shapes

In order to diversify the shapes of white porcelain, we examined the shape designing process by means of computer technology. A computer-assisted system enabled us to grasp the outline of the shapes easily and to make many variations from one standard design. Sectional planes and outlines of a piece of porcelain ware were segmented to make a variety of forms.
