ろくろ成形用白磁坏土の量産化研究

本研究は，平成15〜16年度にかけて開発を行ったろくろ成形用白磁坏土の実用化を目指し，実際に2製土所にて量産化試験を行った。目標とする調合(ゼーゲル数SiO2 : 14〜16，Al2O3 : 2.5〜3.0，分析値Fe2O3+TiO2 : 0.5〜0.7wt%)に従い，管理項目を挙げて試験を行った。2製土所とも約1トンの量産化を行い，目標とする坏土が完成した。

Mass Production of Jiggering White Porcelain Bodies

This research carried out the mass production of jiggering white porcelain bodies developed from 2003 to 2004 at two porcelain bodies manufacturer. It examined according to the mixture (Seger number of SiO2 : 14〜16, Al2O3 : 2.5〜3.0, and chemical analysis value of Fe2O3+TiO2 : 0.5〜0.7wt%). Mass-producing porcelain bodies of about 1t were completed at two porcelain bodies manufacturer.
