The Development and Study of Glorious Urushi Cortings

How to perform decoration on urushi cortings using new glorious materials
called MORUFOTEX and METASHAIN was ex-amined. Using the 3-dimensional
auto-goniophotometer, optical evaluation of the film was carried out and
it became clear to have the peculiar glorious feeling and the wide distribution
of a catoptric light. And round trays using the glorious materials were
made as an experiment. Then it was made sure that those glorious materials
had applicabilities to various usages in the future.
